🌿 A Note on Language
When I speak of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, I’m not referring to gender identity or expression. These are universal energies — archetypal qualities we all carry within us. The Feminine represents intuition, creativity, receptivity, and flow. The Masculine represents clarity, structure, action, and protection.
Both energies live in all of us, and healing means bringing them into balance. The wounded versions — like domination, suppression, powerlessness, or people-pleasing — are what humanity has carried for thousands of years. Restoring harmony between these inner aspects allows us to live with more wholeness, freedom, and joy.
Healing as Remembrance
Our work blends modern therapeutic wisdom with spiritual practices — creating gentle yet powerful containers for transformation. Session containers are flexible — whether you feel called to one, or a small series. This work is not traditional therapy. It’s a Soul-led journey, guided by intuition, energy, and divine timing.
We may call on Reiki, hypnotherapy, Human Design, somatic practices, Tarot, sound/frequency and intuitive guidance. Each session is unique, alive, and guided by Spirit.
This is healing that feels joyful and deeply feminine — a space where release is possible, clarity arises, and your Soul takes the lead.

My work is deeply rooted in the Divine Feminine — intuition, presence, and receptivity. To honor this, I hold specific energetic boundaries. All sessions, classes, and circles are rooted in our mutual clear, sober presence. This means that we both refrain from alcohol, plant medicine and anything that could alter our mental state in advance of and during our work together. I support plant medicine for those who choose that path but do not structure my work to support it. As a result, staying sober for our sessions is about ensuring the space remains sacred, safe, and truly transformative. Here, we honor the quiet voice of Soul by cultivating spaces of pure awareness.

A personalized written report based on your Human Design chart, offering deep insight into your energetic patterns for mind, body, spirit, relationships, and career. This is a powerful tool for self-awareness and reflection — a map you can return to again and again. Reports come through email without coaching. This option includes everything in the written report plus a 60-minute one-on-one session with me. Together, we’ll walk through your chart, highlight the key insights, and explore how your design shows up in your everyday life. You’ll leave with practical ways to embody your blueprint with clarity and confidence.

First, the Quantum Hypnotherapy Journey, is a 2-hour journey and integration experience created to assist you with stepping into the truth of your spiritual path. You'll be guided through a transformational hypnotherapy process that includes a pre talk, induction, deepening, journey and post talk next steps. This session is designed to help you connect to and remove old patterns and contracts that may be preventing you from truly living. The second, Divinely Aligned with Ren, is a Divine Feminine reclamation and a Mentorship container build for people who are comfortable sharing gentle soul-led space. Hi, I’m Ren — an Intuitive Channel, Healer, Teacher and Seeker with 18 years of experience walking beside others. My path is woven with both professional training and deep spiritual practice, and I bring all of it into my work with you.
I am devoted to guiding souls toward empowerment and alignment with their highest selves. Through gentle yet powerful practices, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release old patterns, and embrace the joy and freedom that have always been your birthright.
With a background as a professional counselor and therapist combined with channeling, Reiki mastery, Human Design study, Tarot, sound, Qigong, and hypnotherapy, I weave modern psychology with spiritual tools. I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and expand their consciousness through somatic, energy, and intuitive practices.
I believe healing is not about fixing — it’s about remembering. Remembering your wholeness. Reconnecting with your inner wisdom. Returning to the truth of who you are.

As a practitioner who believes in lifelong learning, I’m currently expanding my studies in Light Language and Somatic practices. This fall I’ll be deepening even further through a 16-week intensive with Alethia Sophia called Mary Magdalene’s Somatic Sacraments.
