It can be challenging to know your authentic self in a world that tells you to be a brand. I've been working on peeling back the layers and taking off the masks of false self for years. The good news is that I finally hear - MY voice - and I am excited to speak.

Some things the real me wants to say: As a child, I was taught that love was conditional and chaotic. Love was cruel, loud and emotionally unsafe. I began to criticize myself and build personas to stay safe. Conditioning from family, societal, cultural and religious authority kept the real me hiding. I eventually found myself trapped in systems that weren't oriented to justice or equity. I tried to change the systems. I tried to change other people, to convince them of my worth or my viewpoint. I continued to seek love and validation outside of myself and it almost destroyed me. I felt lost and exhausted.
But I kept getting up. I learned to look inside of myself and not to be afraid of seeing what was there to hold and to heal. I began to love myself and to honor all of my parts - the sad, the lonely, the angry, the misunderstood parts. Eventually I found joy in exploring myself as a soul-- and learned a gentle way of healing that taught my nervous system to reconnect with my body and energy instead of trying to escape, perform or avoid the real me to please others.
Now I am a free and trustworthy adult who makes choices that align with kindness and love for myself first. With this full cup of love, I can love and guide others. If you can relate, maybe we can walk this path together. We are all powerful self healers who were conditioned to forget who we are. It's time to return to our hearts and our voices and remember. I am a Spiritual Mentor and teach Reiki for humans and animals.

Before We Begin
I used almost 20 years of experience as a professional Counselor and Private Practice Therapist to develop a gentle 4-6 session healing system to alleviate repeating patterns and deep wounding. Before we step into this work together, it is important that you feel safe, supported, and ready for this journey.
This healing process is a partnership. I bring my experience, intuition, and guidance; you bring an open heart and mind, willingness and commitment. Together, we follow the threads of your story, illuminate the pattern asking to be understood, and support your mind, body, and spirit in reconnecting with clarity and wholeness.

Honoring Readiness & Safety
Because this work involves the subconscious mind and the energy fields, I work with individuals who:

are able to stay substance-free and well-rested for 48 hours before sessions

are not currently navigating psychosis, acute crisis, or active addiction

If someone is in a more tender or urgent place, I gently encourage them to receive the type of psychological and medical care that can fully support them in this moment. There is no judgment — only respect for timing, readiness, and safety.

I’m an Intuitive Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher for Humans and Animals, Hypnotherapist and Guide with almost 20 years of experience walking beside others through healing and awakening. My work blends deep spiritual heart with grounded therapeutic wisdom, centered in the gentle yet powerful Universal Life Force energy of Reiki.

The Wound We Were Taught
Every person I’ve ever worked with carries the same root wound:
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that we couldn’t trust ourselves.
That others knew better.
That authority lived outside of us.
That our intuition, desires, voice, and connection to our own Divinity was somehow unearned, wrong or unsafe.

This wound shows up in each major chakra, the 7 energy wheels of the body:

Root Chakra: fear, scarcity, lack

Solar Plexus Chakra: shame and loss of personal power

a path of remembering that my intuition, my energy, and my connection to the Divine were never broken.
They were simply buried under years of conditioning, trauma, and external authority.
